We unite educators, policymakers, and AI community leaders to create a shared framework for safe and effective AI in classrooms.

 #TogetherWeAspire

Our Founders

Aspire Together was founded by Earl and Alisha Harris—award-winning AI entrepreneurs, Google for Startups and Techstar's alumni, and most importantly, parents of two public school students in Arizona.

When AI began reshaping the world, we looked at our own children’s classrooms—and saw educators being asked to navigate this shift alone. Overwhelmed teachers. Underfunded schools. Districts scrambling to write policy without practical guidance.

Our Mission:
To build national infrastructure for responsible AI in K–12—by empowering schools with the knowledge, tools, and guidance they need to adopt AI ethically, sustainably, and with student well-being at the center.Starting in Arizona. Built to scale nationwide.

A Cross-Sector Team, Built for Capacity

Aspire’s Founding Advisory Team unites seasoned educators, policy leaders, and AI innovators—each bringing lived experience from the classroom, district office, statehouse, and tech sector. We’ve led schools, shaped policy, built tools, and bridged systems. And we’re doing it together to ensure AI in education is driven by people—not products.

This is the team you need when the stakes are high and the solutions must work for real schools. We don’t advise from the outside—we co-create from within.

Together, we’re building the national infrastructure for responsible AI in K–12.
