More than a training — this is action-driven capacity building. In just six weeks, school leaders gain the tools, strategies, and support they need to confidently lead responsible AI adoption in their schools.

Who Is The Program For?

Assistant Principals, Instructional Deans, and site-level leaders responsible for:

  • Leading PD or innovation efforts
  • Supporting teacher implementation
  • Shaping school-wide priorities
  • Navigating policy, tech, or family trust
Most participants are future principals—building their AI leadership toolkit early.

What is Aspire and why was it created?

Aspire is Arizona’s AI Accountability & Advisory Council for K–12 Education. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Aspire was founded to ensure the responsible, ethical, and effective integration of artificial intelligence in our schools. We unite educators, policymakers, and AI innovators to support districts and empower students for an AI-driven future.

How does Aspire support?                             

Aspire offers expert consulting in AI ethics, data privacy, vendor evaluation, curriculum integration, and impact assessment. We work side-by-side with school districts to guide responsible AI adoption, provide professional development for educators, and ensure AI tools meet high standards for safety, equity, and educational value.

Why is AI integration important in K–12
education now?

AI is reshaping the future of work, and students must be prepared to navigate and lead in that landscape. Schools are under pressure to adopt AI tools quickly, but without proper guidance, implementation can be rushed or inequitable. Aspire exists to ensure that AI enhances education responsibly and effectively, without compromising student well-being or opportunity.
